Peek-A-Boo, Slot Canyon

Thirty-five miles of washboard,  jaw clenching , neck popping and
hold onto your seat kind of  road!
I was about  worn out and still needed to make the hike.

The beginning of the  hike and the descent down

The starting of Peek-A- Boo

Team work, faith and a little spunk got us all up safely.
That is four generations at work the oldest is 77 the youngest is not yet 2!
My father-in-law Art with my grandchildren.

Sage brush in bloom

Dennis found this  piece of wood it had tied itself up in a knot.

As I was taking a picture of this gnarly tree just happened to take one more look at it and  move on till I seen this little  lizard sitting oh so quietly.

Heading back out and up.

My daughter-in-law Kari should earn a gold metal for packing little Khloe up and out in the heat and the sand as you can see Khloe was exhausted.

Noah making sure he had head clearance.
Payton got the Chicken Pox a week ago this is about how she looked!

At the end of the day who does not like S'mores and a a warm fire.

It seems like you guys were really brave taking all the little ones down there, but maybe I'm just paranoid! LOL You got some pretty pictures - Barry will be envious when I show them to him!

What a great hike you have made. Peek a Boo canyon is on my wish list too but we can't take a rental car on that road.....(now I understand why) I really enjoyed your pictures, what a beautiful canyon it is! Thanks for sharing!
