Dennis found this piece of wood it had tied itself up in a knot.
As I was taking a picture of this gnarly tree just happened to take one more look at it and move on till I seen this little lizard sitting oh so quietly.

It seems like you guys were really brave taking all the little ones down there, but maybe I'm just paranoid! LOL You got some pretty pictures - Barry will be envious when I show them to him!
What a great hike you have made. Peek a Boo canyon is on my wish list too but we can't take a rental car on that road.....(now I understand why) I really enjoyed your pictures, what a beautiful canyon it is! Thanks for sharing!
