HIGH HO HIGH HO

IT'S OFF TO THE QUILTER WE GO!
Finally got these ready to send off just need to trim up some loose strings that seem to be taking forever. When I finished these blocks they were so big that I decided to see if I could make two quilts out of them. By adding sashing and corner blocks and borders Hadley and her new little sister will have matching quilts to "snuggle with" has Hadley would say. The orange border quilt will go to new baby and purple for Hadley. I will post the after pictures when they are done being quilted.

They are awesome looking! Good job! Two lucky little girls! Are you not going to quilt them and have somebody else do them?

YAY we are so excited! Brent thought I was talking about nieces when I said they were for "the girls"... still not a reality I guess. The girls will love to be wrapped up in so much of Grandmas love...Just wish it wasn't coming so fast!

Clydene, you are the Quilt Queen. I can just see those quilts ending up at college with the girls and then later on their own little girls' beds. You have created quite a legacy.

ACK! We just got home last night so I hadn't heard that Kacy knew she was having a girl - yay for her! Love the way you fussy cut the flowers for the center of the blocks. You're so clever!
