Back In The Saddle Again-Antelope Island
This ride was a new adventure it is the first time Dennis and I were on the east side of the island ridding a new trail. We got a special permit that allows you to ride up above the Garr Ranch. Weather was of course unpredictable we went from spring to winter 3-4 times in the few hours we were there . After the ride we went and explored the ranch it is so peaceful and quiet there.

That old truck brings back memories, I took several pictures of it when we were on the Island last Summer. Those clouds rolling in are amazing!
Good time of the year to go out there cuz there's no brine flies! Beautiful pictures!
Shows how clueless that I am cuz I didn't even suspect ranching on the island. I knew about the sheep herding but not the living on the island. Are there still active ranches or is it all mothballed?
