Charity Quilt Show at the Barn

Had the opportunity to go to an amazing quilt show on Saturday. I really was more interested in the fact that it was being held in a barn, I love barns and had visions of some old barn that was on the verge of falling down, well quite the opposite was true. It was a a great show in a beautiful location and the barn............awesome.

Back In The Saddle Again

Back up into the mountains for another trail ride to see the colors start to change. It was a wonderful ride, any time you manage to stay on top of your horse is considered a great day. At times there was enough wind to help keep us cool and keep bugs away from you and your horse. I also found my new favorite tree.... just thinking how pretty it would be in the wintertime with snow on all the branches. The problem would be how to get back up there in the winter time.

Kacy has gotten me hooked on a new one, she has opened me up into a whole new world of digital scrap booking my first attempts were a little frustrating but way fun.
