then it hooks into this!! Yes I have a fire place!!


And a wall of brick.

Am loving this paint color called Celery Root.

Hope to have some storage on each side of fire place there will be a beam going in where you can see the 2x4 on the ceiling , that big hunk of wood that is standing up is going to be the hearth if I can sand it down just enough to get rid of splinters but not to much to take away it's rugged character. That's all folks!

Campbell's Garden

Went to visit Uncle Glen and DiAnne the other day, Glen gave me a tour of his yard it is truly a beautiful little spot. I also took some pictures of the surrounding area while there.

my little butter cup

I went to the property the other day to get my sunflowers planted as I was digging the trench to place the seeds I noticed this little plant growing out of the fence it always amazes me how something can grow even in the worst conditions. Well in most cases I have planted stuff that does not come up but keeping my fingers crossed the year, I planted Morning Glory along with the sunflower seeds so they will climb up the stock of the sunflower it is really pretty when it works out. Then I could see something bright yellow on the other side of the creek the Butter Cups had finally bloomed. I love this little flower I have been telling Hadley about them so I picked a small bunch and brought them home for her to see.

pEEk-a-bOo & cUpCAkeS for Breakfast

While Kacy and Brent were having fun in Mexico the girls have been spending time with different family members. So the night I had them when I thought Hadley and I were asleep..... she was in the bathroom painting on some new eyebrows and this is what she looked like in the morning when I found her, just glad it was not permanent marker! When asked what she would like for breakfast she replies with "cupcakes" it is a good thing what happens at grandma's stays at grandma's.
